Artistic Journey

I decided to take part of DeviantArt's _{"What Does Your Artistic Journey Look Like"} contest, but since I was in a bit of hurry, I had only two days time since I was dumb enough not to see this contest earlier, derp xD

Anyway~
The idea is/was to pick one of three already made roads and then create an art around it without blocking the path...
My idea doesn't seem so great in many people's eyes but I still used my mind and I wanted to do something to bring myself out from those other amazing artists :3

I made each of the sides with different program:
The left one is made with MS Paint 7 _{(yellow pen)}
The right one is made with PaintTool SAI _{(rainbow pen)}

My aim is to show, how I started my digital art on MS Paint about 7 years ago ₍₂₀₀₇₎ and when I got PaintTool SAI _{(around 2012)} I got in so much more possibilities to create more pictures with more effects and as I said, possibilities!
The yellow pen is symbolizing, how MS Paint, even though it is nice and neat program, is so simple program that you can get amazing with it but it still don't have as many possibilities than PaintTool SAI.

What PaintTool SAI got more than MS Paint?
Well, first of all it got layers that gives you possibilities to work more careless, without being afraid you may ruin something on your already amazing pixel work that has been made with MS Paint. Second, it got blur tool. A chance to use blur opens you so many more possibilities than you can think of! And then thrid, layer effects. The actual chance to make red blend perfectly as a shading colour can be made with "Multiplay" effect for example.

So I drew two pictures that are alike reflect of each other on either sides of the roads and just with that I'd like to show how much more I have reached with PaintTool SAI when I got it
Sure MS Paint is still great but it doesn't have that many possibilities + with SAI you can always mess around with many fun effects and brushes!
